Our story (heart + backbone)
Named after my Nana, Helene Elizabeth, our center stands on resilience and possibility. I left high school at 16, worked my way through college, and built a 27-year career across higher education, workforce, and accessibility. Unions (MemberAlliance™): 30–60 day stabilization, documentation follow-through, and return-to-work planning—without extra lift for stewards.
K-12 (DOE-Ready): IEP-aligned transition, college & career readiness, family navigation, and staff PD that sticks.
Higher Education: persistence support, accommodation alignment, re-enrollment moments, and light KPI dashboards.
Employers: inclusive hiring pipelines, interview days, job carving, and supervisor enablement for retention.
ACCES-VR / Disability Employment: vocational evaluation, customized employment, assistive tech recommendations, and coaching.
