MemberAlliance™ by HEWC is a union-only, member-first program that helps locals stabilize jobs today and advance members tomorrow—without supervisor involvement. We launch with a 60-minute workshop + 30-minute enrollments, then run weekly clinics with briefings and 1:1s (day/evening/weekend options per your agreement; union routes all external communication). In 60 days, you’ll receive a shareable two-pane scorecardProtection (request speed, documentation completeness, de-escalations, retention) and Growth (IAPs, FAFSA/credential starts, wage-step moves). If agreed KPIs are missed, we extend up to 30 days at no fee—all in plain language, no medical/legal jargon.

Our services

  • Stabilize Today

    Accommodation Navigator (Tuesdays). Member-only, union-referred. We draft the request email/form, build a documentation checklist + timeline, and give a follow-up script—no supervisor involvement.
    Format: 60-min kickoff workshop + 30-min enrollments; weekly 90-min clinic with 8×10-min 1:1s. Evening/weekend options per union agreement.

    Members leave with: ready-to-send request, dated plan, and next steps.

  • Advance Tomorrow

    Advance Next — Career & College (Thursdays). Create an IAP, start FAFSA/TAP or training-fund requests, begin credential/college applications, map wage-step/ladder moves, and review credit-for-experience.
    Format: same cadence as Tuesdays; union-only routing.

    Members leave with: an IAP, started applications, and target dates.

  • Expand as Needed

    Optional add-ons (not required for the pilot):

    Return-to-Work Reset — phased plan after leave/injury.

    Documentation Power Hour — evidence logs + timelines.

    Second Weekly Clinic — run both Tue & Thu.

    Enhanced Support — after-hours advice triage (union channel).

    Extra Advance Next Cohort — added capacity for high demand.

    All services are union-only, member-only, plain language.

  • Measure What Matters

    Day-60 Scorecard (two panes):

    Protection: request speed, documentation completeness %, reprimand/write-up mitigation (union-verified), 30/60-day retention.

    Growth: IAP completion %, FAFSA/TAP started %, credential/college apps filed, credit-for-experience attempts, wage-step starts.

    KPI Assurance: If agreed 60-day KPIs are missed, we extend up to 30 days at no fee to close the gap. (Excludes for-cause separations; requires member participation and union checklist compliance. Aggregate reporting; member summaries only with consent. No medical/legal jargon.)
