Custom PD by HEWC delivers tailored professional development programs for schools, colleges, and workforce partners. We co-design sessions around your institution’s priorities—whether it’s workforce skills, college navigation, or staff professional development. Every program is student-first, outcomes-driven, and delivered in plain language.

    Foundational PD Programs. Sessions focused on workforce readiness, academic advising, and college navigation.
    Format: 60-min launch workshop + 30-min enrollments; recurring 90-min PD sessions with interactive elements.
    Participants leave with: practical strategies, skill frameworks, and clear action steps.

  • Advance Tomorrow

    Tailored PD Clinics. Leadership training, inclusivity practices, and workforce development modules aligned with organizational outcomes.
    Format: same cadence as Stabilize Skills; institution- or employer-directed routing.
    Participants leave with: a customized PD plan, leadership takeaways, and implementation timelines.

  • Measure What Matters

    Day-60 Scorecard (two panes):

    Skills: PD completion rates, competency gains, participant satisfaction.
    Outcomes: staff retention, student engagement metrics, organizational benchmarks.

    KPI Assurance: If agreed 60-day KPIs are missed, HEWC extends up to 30 days at no fee to close the gap. (Excludes turnover unrelated to PD; requires participant engagement and institution checklist compliance. Aggregate reporting; individual summaries only with consent.)
