Higher Education (Campus-Ready)

Persist & Complete by HEWC is a campus-ready program designed to help students access, persist, and complete their academic pathways. We partner with colleges and universities to address barriers, align accommodations, and strengthen re-enrollment efforts for stop-outs, transfer students, and first-generation learners. Services are plain language, student-centered, and institution-routed to ensure compliance and measurable impact.

Our services

  • Stabilize Today

Re-Enrollment Navigator (Recurring Clinics). Targeted support for stop-outs, transfer students, and non-traditional learners. We guide re-enrollment, credit recovery, and accommodation alignment.
Format: 60-min kickoff workshop + 30-min enrollments; recurring 90-min clinics with 1:1 sessions (day/evening/weekend options per institution agreement).
Students leave with: re-enrollment confirmation, updated accommodation plans, and success strategies.

  • Advance Tomorrow

Persistence Clinics (Weekly). Degree-mapping and persistence planning to reduce attrition. Includes internship/placement starts, accessibility coaching, and career readiness pathways.
Format: same cadence as Stabilize Access; institution-directed routing.
Students leave with: a persistence plan, internship/career application progress, and milestone timelines.

  • Expand as Needed

Optional add-ons (not required for the pilot):

Accessibility Alignment Reviews — ensure ADA/504 compliance in classrooms, labs, and digital platforms.

Career Labs — hands-on exploration of workforce pathways, credentialing, and experiential learning.

Faculty & Staff PD — micro-sessions on accessibility, advising, and inclusive practices.

Second Weekly Clinic — additional support track (e.g., transfer students, international students).

Enhanced Student Support — after-hours triage and guidance (campus-routed only).

All services are campus-referred, student-first, and plain language.

  • Measure What Matters

    Day-60 Scorecard (two panes):

Access: re-enrollment %, accommodation alignment %, persistence milestone completions.
Completion: career readiness activities, internship/placement starts, credit accumulation progress.

KPI Assurance: If agreed 60-day KPIs are missed, HEWC extends up to 30 days at no fee to close the gap. (Excludes student withdrawal for personal/financial reasons without participation; requires institution checklist compliance. Aggregate reporting; student summaries only with consent.)
