Employer Collaboration by HEWC connects classrooms to paychecks through customized workforce solutions. We design employer sprints, internship and placement pathways, and supervisor enablement strategies that align student readiness with real hiring opportunities. Our services are plain language, outcome-driven, and co-designed with employers to strengthen recruitment and retention.

  • Stabilize Today

    Workforce Sprint Clinics. Short-term, employer-aligned bootcamps designed to stabilize pipelines and prepare talent for entry-level roles.
    Format: 60-min launch workshop + 30-min enrollments; recurring 90-min sprint sessions with 1:1 support.
    Employers leave with: pre-qualified candidates and placement-ready interns.

  • Advance Tomorrow

    Internship & Placement Pathways. Programs that transition students and jobseekers into internships, apprenticeships, and direct hires. Includes supervisor enablement coaching.
    Format: same cadence as Stabilize Pipelines; employer-directed routing.
    Employers leave with: placement candidates, onboarding plans, and supervisor support resources.

  • Measure What Matters

    Day-60 Scorecard (two panes):

    Pipelines: internship starts, placement %, candidate readiness scores.
    Growth: retention %, supervisor enablement milestones, pipeline sustainability.

    KPI Assurance: If agreed 60-day KPIs are missed, HEWC extends up to 30 days at no fee to close the gap. (Excludes voluntary resignations; requires employer checklist compliance. Aggregate reporting; candidate summaries only with consent.)
